Corporate

These days, every employer knows that their most valuable asset is their people.

So clearly, protecting their physical and emotional wellbeing is a priority. Not just because the law and your responsibilities as an employer require you to but also because it has been demonstrated to inspire greater commitment, higher staff retention and last but certainly not least, greater efficiency and productivity.

As members of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA), our priority is to help you prevent and minimise the causes of stress rather than to attempt to manage the adverse effects of stress itself.

At Pinnacle Therapy, we will work with you to create and implement an occupational health programme designed specifically to suit your working culture and business priorities.

Whatever the size and nature of your organisation, from a small to medium enterprise to a multi-national company or a public sector body, we have the experience and expertise necessary to assess and minimize the causes of stress in your workplace, maximize staff morale and motivation, and save you money.

Private

One of our three short courses (along with Assertiveness Training and Anger Management) designed to help clients achieve specific personal development goals.

The management of stress is key to our physical and mental well-being. It can be a positive influence, a stimulant that can help us become more dynamic and creative, However, for many people it has the opposite effect, and can result in a number of mental, emotional and physical problems – little wonder work related stress alone amounts to 1/3 of all incidences of ill health in the UK.

The course lasts for 6 sessions, using a number of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and practical exercises. It will help you learn to monitor your stress levels more objectively, react more objectively, and function more effectively when you are under stress.
