1. Introduction
www.pinnacletherapy.co.uk is a website (”the Website”) owned and operated by Richard Reid trading as Pinnacle Therapy, of 1 Knowle Road, Twickenham, TW2 6QH. In these Terms and Conditions (”Ts&Cs”), Pinnacle Therapy is referred to “we”, “us” or “our”.
2. User obligations
By viewing the Website, you are deemed to consent to the following Ts&Cs of use, as updated from time to time. The Ts&Cs set out here constitute a legal agreement with you. Please read the Ts&Cs carefully as they set out your rights and obligations regarding your use of the Website. If you do not accept these Ts&Cs in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of the Website and you should cease using the Website immediately.
3. Personal and non-commercial use limitation
Extracts from the Website may be printed out for your own personal use only. Downloading content from any part of the Website or our programmes onto your own computer does not confer any rights of ownership or use of such material. All of the exclusions and limitations listed in Sections 7 and 8 above shall be construed as a separate and severable provision of the Ts&Cs. Any provision in the Ts&Cs which is or may be void or voidable or unenforceable shall to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability be deemed severable and shall not affect the continuation in force of any other provision of the Ts&Cs.
11. Events beyond our control
We will not be liable to you for any breach of the Ts&Cs or any failure to provide or delay in providing the Website whether resulting from any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, fire, explosion or accident, or any other reason whatsoever.

The Ts&Cs are governed by the laws of England. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website.
